 Download Minder - FULL is a utility that will detect downloads from a large and expanding collections of applications including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, mIRC, GetRight & FTP Explorer. It includes the ability to ignore user defined downloads, play a user defined wav file 1 minute before disconnection and when a download is detected, Shutdown windows 95/98 when the Download is complete, and Independent Count down feature which will disconnect regardless of downloads detected (this can be used if you want to res trict your use of the internet) and easy access to the Windows On Idle disconnect feature.
