Example Drinks from Professional Bartender 2010:

Dr. Pepper
1 oz. 151 proof Rum, 1/2 oz. Amaretto, Cold Beer
Pour Rum and Amaretto into a shot glass. Fill mug 3/4 full with beer. Drop shot glass into beer and chug.

Almond Chocolate Coffee
3/4 oz. Amaretto, 1/2 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao, 8 oz. Coffee (hot)
Pour in order into stemmed coffee cup. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Jello Shots
1 cup Vodka, Package of Jell-O Gelitan (any flavor)
Prepare gelitan to package directions adding 1 cup Vodka. After chilled, cut into cubes and serve in paper souffle cups.

Black Cow (non-alcoholic)
8 oz. Sarsaparilla (or Root Beer), 2 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream
Pour sarsaparilla into collins glass and add ice cream. Stir well.

Wild Wendy
1 1/2 oz. Vodka 1 oz. Malibu Cocanut Rum 1 oz. Orange Juice 1 oz. Pineapple Juice 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
Fill collins glass with ice cubes. Add ingredients. Shake or stir well.
