REDUCE - A weekly run utility to reduce injured players potentials
based on the severity of the injury, to add the realistic effect of a player losing
a step due to severe injuries.
REDUCE Main Features:
Potential ratings are reduced based on injury severity
File generated detailing who got points taken
Custom settings - you decide what ratings are affected
Change the level of a CEI (Career Ending Injury)
Actual ratings are lowered if they are higher than potentials (simulates 'losing
a step')
Can be run from a batch file, for weekly league processing
Works with FPS 95/96/97/98
